-Sell all the products of Group catalogue to the existing and potential customers in China. -Coordinate & consolidate market & competition intelligence. -Manage all the key activities in assigned account and generate the synergy for other teams associated. -Business performance of the account according to set objective. -Developing customer business plans. -Responsible for Customers commercial investments and all business operation towards Customers. -Profitably increasing the market share in our core business. -Be accountable for performance of our products and services at Customer site. -Be an informed business partner with our Customers recognized for our market intelligence, technological advancement. -Prioritize Customer needs and communicate it to group account manager and market &business development at GC level. -Close monitoring of competitors move at customer sites. -Be accountable for business cases ( new product development, new operations ). -Responsible for providing in a timely manner forecasts and reporting to appropriate functions. -Lead implementation and enforce Key business processes and policies.
-Above 3 years of working experience in industrial (packaging) company,working for the food , home and personal market will be a plus. -Goods skills in negotiation, organization, motivation, technical understanding. -Ability to communicate with internal and external. -Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. -Frequent travel is required.
